  3. Scope of Information • Physical environment and infrastructure • Environmental condition • Demography and social infrastructure • Institutional setting (including attitute, perceptions and beliefs) • Economic setting • Historical overview

  4. How to Gather the Information • Look for already existing written documents or data collected • Collect new information • By interviewing key informants • By visiting the place • By drawing maps • By taking photographs • By observation • By sharing some hours of daily life

  5. How to Present the Information • Give a narrative summary • Include maps • Prepare diagramms and tables • Add some photos
