  5. 1st Year Representatives (3) • Facilitate placing 1st years into leadership roles • Communicate clearly the roles & responsibilities of the GBA to the 2010 class, largely by word-of-mouth & emails • Encourage historically underrepresented groups of people to run for offices so that voters have a broader range of options when electing future leaders • Section Feud • Sky Diving • Weekly PO Office Meetings • Mid-semester feedback on core faculty • Weekly class announcements • Reinforce hallmark events • Coordinate with vp of communication to target 1st years • Required to plan 2 integration events • Attend GBA meetings

VP of 1 Year (1) • Provide a helpful guide to successors • Plan lead week integration event • Plan first year 1 year bridge period integration event • Facilitate placing 1 years into leadership roles • PO Meetings with Kore • Promote hallmark events to 1 year class • Work with 1st year reps to help plan section feud • Choose class historian • Choose graduation committee member

CFO • Manage budget • Build budget framework to reinforce consistency of performance with clubs • Double check correct value of allocated funds from SGA • Submit budget to SGA for next year • Represent GBA at SGA Treasurers meetings • Meet regularly with SGA budget office • Provide a transparent overview of the budget and how money is allocated to different activities, groups, and clubs • Process Reimbursements • Coordinate budget days Fall Semester & Spring Semester • Work with Joanna Green to manage ancillary accounts • Work closely with GBS development office to define process for getting funds from outside the school • Partnering financially with evening and exec program

VP of Alumni • Develop events or communication pieces that showcase the Emory alumni network • Facilitate Alumni Mentor Program • Attend Alumni Advisory Board Meetings • Maintain communications with Emory alumni & development office • Organize class gift • Organize 5 year reunion • Training for first years on how to effectively network with alumni • Liaison with CMC and club leaders to recruit alumni for special events • Plan welcome to being alumni event • Build alumni participation in Goizueta Gives Weekend

VP of University • Represent GBA at Grad Senate Meetings • Represent GBA with President at monthly SGA President’s meeting • Represent GBS at weekly SGA meetings • Represent GBS at University Senate Meetings • Help clubs liaison with other schools in Emory • Communicates University based events • Appoint University Relations Reps • Promoting University wide elected and appointed positions • Drive initiatives at the university level
