Difficulties & …. • Difficulties: • Reluctance to get Quality Charters signed • A considerable amount of links and quality content available only in Greek language therefore inaccessible though very useful • Updating of the Portal content is an arduous job • New content to be added grows exponentially with the time …

  17. Difficulties & …. • Solutions: • To overcome the time consuming of link-updating, a simple access db was developed for more effective management • Quality vs. Quantity
