  6. Iglesia Sta. María de Azogue: Constituye el principal monumento artístico de Benavente, y está situada en el centro de la villa. Hacia ella confluyen la calles más importantes. El inicio de su construcción se atribuye a la época de la repoblación de la ciudad por Fernando II, hacia 1180.

  7. La Torre del Caracol: Obra del siglo XVI, es un bello edificio de 17 metros de cuadro, su estilo artístico es una mezcla entre gótico y renacentista. En sus dos fachadas presenta miradores de arcos escarzados, con cubos voladizos en los ángulos. En su fachada sur se pueden ver aún algunos escudos de la casa de los Pimenteles. Alberga en su interior un bellísimo artesonado morisco que procede del antiguo convento franciscano de la vecina localidad de San Román del Valle.

  11. Fauna y flora:Zorros, liebres, perdices, codornices, águilas, culebras, patos, grajos, lucios, barbos. Chopo, maíz, cereal y otros tipos de vegetación y cultivo. Campos labrados de cereal y remolacha.
