  11. Differentiation Learning outcomes can NOT be adapted. If outcomes are adapted it becomes a modified, alternate program, or PPP. Read outcomes carefully – what are they looking for? Content Process Product Environment You can differentiate everything except for the key ingredient of the outcome. If it is content based, you can differentiate everything else.
