  2. Jason Klabal Jason Klabal is a successful and well-traveled stockbroker in Florida. He has a wife and two children, all three of whom mean the world to him. He adores exercise and especially likes to go for bike rides in his free time because of the benefits that he can feel from biking. Here are three of those benefits.

  3. Eat up Calories Biking is one of the best ways to spend free time in the outdoors. It is a good workout that does not require a large amount of physical exertion, although one can if they choose to. Biking allows a person to set different challenges and goals, while burning calories and spending quality time in the outdoors, soaking up that Vitamin C.

  4. Builds Stamina Biking is one of the most enjoyable exercises there is. Biking can be done in an intense manner or at a leisurely pace. Biking allows people to soak in the scenery, see nature, or travel quickly and at no cost. Biking can energize a person before work or prepare them for performing other exercises.

  5. Form of Cardiovascular Exercise According to the president of the League of American Bicyclists, Andy Clarke, biking is healthier a person's knees, legs, ankles, and feet compared to running. Biking doesn't create a constant impact on the joints and it keeps a person's legs moving and their heart pumping. It is a healthy form of cardiovascular exercise that is recommended to people of all ages.
