As Payza’s Executive Vice President, Ferhan Patel combined his creative business acumen and his intricate regulatory knowledge as Head of Marketing and Head of Compliance for the growth of the company. He ensured proper implementation of tactical and innovative marketing strategies that created brand awareness, boosted customer engagement, and increased the ROI (Return on Investment). Ferhan was responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the company’s AML/CTF, Compliance, Fraud and Risk Mitigation policies. In addition to this, he also directed the integration of these policies into the design of the products and services offered by Payza.

  5. Before joining Payza, Ferhan Patel was the driving force behind several successful e-commerce ventures. He worked as a consultant for TEKsystems; he successfully launched the company’s innovative health insurance portal and also oversaw all aspects of the project’s life-cycle. Besides this, he worked as a Business Analyst and Team Leader for Computer Horizon. Later, he joined CIGNA Inc. and served the company as a System Analyst Consultant. He also worked for CWM Inc. as a business systems analyst, and served as a Teaching Assistant and Lab Instructor in Concordia University.
