  5. FRINGE BENEFITS • Nonwage payments • Sick days • Holidays • Vacation days • Health & life insurance • Savings and retirement plans • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) Wages & Fringe Benefits

  6. Clean & Safe workplace • Clear work responsibilities • Reasonable working hours • Ease of contacting and gaining assistance WORKING CONDITIONS

LAWS prohibit employers for firing an employee based on race, sex, religion, age, or union activity. • SENIORITY SYSTEM: The holding of privileges based on the number of years a worker has been employed by a firm. • Workers with the least seniority will be the first to lose their jobs in the event that the company must reduce it’s workforce. JOB SECURITY
