NTE Energy, LLC - Power Generation Projects Middletown Energy Center Boston Kings Mountain Energy Center Atlanta St. Augustine (HQ) Pecan Creek Energy Center • NTE partnered with Capital Dynamics and Wattage Finance, LLC, an entity managed by Guggenheim Partners, LLC, to provide development and construction equity financing, at the project level, for the portfolio of projects. • Capital Dynamics was founded in 1999 as an independent, global asset manager and currently has $19 billion under management and advisory. • Guggenheim Partners is a privately held global investment and advisory firm with more then $220 billion under management.

Kings Mountain Energy Center • Kings Mountain Energy Center (KMEC) is a 475 MW natural gas-fired combined cycle power generation project located in Kings Mountain, Cleveland County, NC. • Direct transmission interconnection to Duke Energy Carolina’s 230 kV system and Transcontinental Natural Gas Pipeline. • 20 Year Power Purchase Agreement.

Middletown Energy Center • Middletown Energy Center (MEC) is a 475 MW natural gas-fired combined cycle power generation project located in Middletown, Butler County, OH. • Direct transmission interconnection to Duke Energy Ohio 230 kV system. • Direct interconnection to REX Natural Gas Pipeline and TETCO Natural Gas Pipeline. • 5 Year Power Purchase Agreement.
