  2. MAIN BEDROOM Dolphin Room 1 x double bed – 2 x side tables 1 x dressing table x 6 drawers for clothing + 1 x build in cupboard for hanging clothes. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON NEATNESS AND CLEANLINESS ! ONLY KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN WHICH HAVE BURGLAR BARS FITTED !!! WE HAVE HAD NO THEFT INCIDENTS BUT RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY !!!

  3. MAIN BEDROOM With different view.............complete house recently re-painted all rooms have tiled floors. We do charge a holding deposit for breakages of R500,00 (over and above), after inspection and on no damage(s) this amount is then refunded (7 days later via eft). Deposit of 50% is payable upfront. Balance to be deposited on day of rental – via eft - proof of payment to reach us on 021 709-0175. Our Bankers – Standard Bank, any other Bank balance is required 2 days prior to occupation ! IN ORDER TO REFELECT IN OUR ACCOUNT.

  4. Small Lobby between bathroom & Main Bedroom Please note the house is max 75 square meters – so not extremely big ! Yet comfortable ! BOOKING FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED – WITH COPY OF YOUR ID., COLLECTION/HAND OVER OF KEYS WILL BE DISCUSSED/ARRANGED.

  5. 2ND BEDROOM Sea Gull Room 1 x double bed 1 x side table 1 x cupboard with hanging and packing space. ALL 2 X TV REMOTES ARE IN BOXES/ON DINING ROOM TABLE - OR IN MAIN BEDROOM AS WELL AS THE RADIO CD REMOTE !

  7. KITCHEN Kitchen comprises of 1 x full upright large fridge and 1 x large upright deepfreeze – microwave – 2 x cooking gas plates – 1 x oven – 1 x toaster - all crockery required to entertain 6 pax.

  8. KITCHEN At a different angle ! HOUSE IS SELF CATERING – OWN FOOD TO BE PREPARED AND CLEANING OF PROPERTY BY YOURSELF PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. We expect you to leave the dwelling in the condition that you had received it in !

  9. LOUNGE – SITTING ROOM – DINING ROOM COMBINED Seating doubles up 2 x single beds for the kids, at night. 1 x Dining room table & chairs Linen for single beds - to be found in the Sea Gull Bedroom Cupboards. WE DO NOT SUPPLY TOWELS ONLY FRESH LINEN/BEDDING.

LOUNGE / DINING ROOM AREA Different view of room – Radio/CD player / DSTV (bring own card) + DVD Player & TV available to keep the children entertained - or for soapies & Dad’s Sport programmes ! (Cables will be tucked away into trunking – shortly !) Electricity is on card system – available at Cafe – across the road. CAFE HAS SINCE CLOSED – ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE AT SPAR OR OK FOODS – PLS TAKE DOWN THE CARD NUMBER OFF THE ELEC BOX IN KITCHEN

  11. OUTSIDE BRAAI AREA Plenty of chairs available 2 x tables – 1 round 1 x oblong + 2 x outside umbrellas. Front lawn can also be utilised – follow the sun in the afternoon – front becomes shady and courtyard sunny !

  12. OUTSIDE BRAAI AREA WITH BUILD-IN BRAAI & OUTSIDE SCULLERY FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE This is the outside braaiarea and the smoking area – NO SMOKING WITHIN PREMISES – NO ANIMALS PERMITTED (AS PER RESORT RULES) !

  13. BATHROOM FACILITIES There is one bathroom only – basin – shower & toilet – the hotwater supply works on gas – thus instant hot water. Please bring own towels !

  14. DIFFERENT ANGLE OF BATHROOM Please note there is a twin tub washing machine available to be used – should you so require ! The main gas must be turned on from outside, before igniting the gas geyser. (PLEASE REMEMBER TO SWITCH OFF WHEN LEAVING !)

OUTSIDE VIEW OF PREMISES Ample Parking Available /park right in front a bit of a ditch but all cars large or small can comfortably park in the front – Front lawn may be used for kids - play area – but note it is NOT fenced off ! Braai area is on the stoep – the front colourful round pot is for night bonfires or use as a coffee table during the day – when you bring the chairs and sun umbrella out for the day ! A very busy Resort especially during Season, and popular with young kids and Teenagers /you will never see your children AND ITS SAFE ! Outside shower – for getting rid of sand – or just to cool off ! Out of Season very quiet you will almost believe that you have retired ! DOMINANTLY AFRIKAANS SPEAKING VISITORS !

Towards house & lagoon & beach 50 meters PREVIOUS PICTURE FACED THE LAGOON THIS PICTURE IS A 180⁰ “SWUNG AROUND” – IN THE BACK YOU WILL SEE THE HOUSE IN ORANGE The beach is a stone throw from the house on the left opposite the house you have a cafe opens at 7a.m. And closes normally at about 8p.m. – fresh bread – milk etc available plus fire-wood and if you feel lucky .... lotto tickets !

FRONT VIEW OF HOUSE Besides a safe swimming & – fishing beach – there is a putt-putt course – super-tubes – and a Pub with a very large screen available for Sports viewing – over weekends normally functions at the pub (dancing etc.) Gansbaai the main town is a min 10 min., from the Resort. Distance from Cape Town 168km – max., driving according to rules of the road 2 hours drive from central Cape Town. WE WISH YOU A SAFE TRIP – A GOOD RELAXING BREAK & LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT BOOKING ! We prefer word of mouth ! Let’s keep it in the family !! Ps:- We also have a Game Lodge available for rental between Barrydale & Ladismith!

We work on a first come first served basis – we do however give preference to guests whom had stayed with us prior. Bookings are only confirmed once deposits have been paid (and received by us). Rates must be checked prior to making bookings as they can fluctuate. Pls., note that we only cater for 6 pax. ! We do not cater for babies – we have no cots/nor playpens etc., should you have young children please accommodate them yourself. No pets are allowed at the Resort. Two vehicles are allowed and have pre-arranged disks for your stay. Non-smoking. Arrivals in @ 2p.m. Departure out by 10a.m. Rates Out of Season R550,00 / night. WINTER FAMILY SPECIAL - All winter SA school holidays R500,00 / night. For families with max 3 children. Mid – Season R650,00 / night (includes Easter weekend) 1 March to end Aug. High Season R750,00 / night 1 September to end Feb. PLEASE SAFE ELECTRICITY ANS SWITCH OFF WHEN YOU CAN !!
