Use Case Meetings • Pre-work: • Send previous work items to PTCs leadership as read-ahead • Invite PTCs/liaisons to participate in SPI-TC scheduled meetings • Agenda for each Use Case Call: • Use Case 1: • Scope/Design from Perspective TC (10 mins) • Review analysis on the use case with PTC (20 mins) • Reach Consensus on construct design (reuse/repurpose/new) (10 mins) • Use Case 2: • Scope/Design from Perspective TC (10 mins) • Review analysis on the use case with PTC (20 mins) • Reach Consensus on construct design (reuse/repurpose/new) (10 mins)
