  12. Retell The Mule Story • Once upon a time there was a mule that fell in the famers well. The farmer tried to bury it. • The farmer called his neighbours and said lets bury it. So they buried the mule in the well. • But he didn't give up. So he kept trying. • So he did Shake it up and step up. Then he did it again. Shake it up and step up. He done it over and over and over again. The end

Resilience Skills : Here are some ideas of things you can do to be RESILIENT!! • Finding something fun to do • Finding someone to talk to • Relaxing • Exercising • Being assertive • Solving the problem • Changing negative to positive self-talk Using an I message like I don’t like it when you call me a name. Can you please not do that.
