  5. Objectives of PLC • To provide a platform for sharing of pedagogical knowledge • To empower teachers to continuously improve their professional competencies • To provide an opportunity for teachers/educators to engage in lifelong learning

  6. We already have LTs, how is that different from PLC? • PLC is a tool to strengthen the rigour and depth of reflection and professional learning in LTs.
