  5. Beginners Mind Guiding Principles Every day, every session we begin again with an openness to see ourselves and each other with fresh eyes, as if for the first time. Ownership We own the experience we are having. We get what we give and show up ready to be fully engaged. Experimentation We engage with ourselves and each other in a spirit of experimentation. Trying new things, keeping what works, letting go of what doesn’t. Community We are a community of support where all are welcome as they are and all are supported where they are in the process of development. Appreciation & Encouragement We appreciate and encourage all efforts to continue to grow and develop as a person and leader.
