PILOT PROJECT The pilot project selected Center of safe driving in the EU responds to the approvedREPORT ON EUROPEAN ROAD SAFETY IN THE YEARS 2011 - 2020 by the European Commission prepared a Committee on Transport and Tourism of the European Parliament. Safety driving centres are in this report defined as the basic platform for lifelong driver education as an effective form of driver education system for all professional and hobby areas. OSTRAVA SAFE TRANSPORT !!! CZECH REPUBLIC

  12. INTENTION • Support long process of education and training of drivers of motor vehicles through select, sophisticated and accredited Center of safe driving, system for improving driving skills. Through new and innovative types of safe driving courses to focus on target groups of European drivers. Determination of target groups, setting the parameters for research and applied research methodologies for these groups.Evaluation according to their driving experience and skills, professions, etc. • The pilot project will address the experimental methods of preparation and improvement of driving skills. OSTRAVA SAFE TRANSPORT !!! CZECH REPUBLIC

PRINCIP AND SENCE • Lifelong driver education is qualified to define a comprehensive set of educational processes, which also respects the diversity of all human occupations, which are displayed in road transport is the only profession - the driver. • Differing views on this issue, different approach and look to the degree of safety, varying degrees of awareness and perception of skills and abilities • Ultimately, each driver must comply with the same • statutory rules. OBJECTIVES - analysis of existing methodologies of teaching and training in Europe - determine the comparative method - analysis and conclusions - defining new, modern and experimental methods - verification in practice with selected centers of safe driving in Europe and selected target groups of drivers in the EU OSTRAVA SAFE TRANSPORT!!! CZECH REPUBLIC

THE SOLUTIONS a standard methodology for teaching and training of drivers developing a methodology for determining the driver's typology creation of experimental methods improve drivers creation of methodologies for novice drivers (b.29, REPORTS) creation of methodologies for motorcycle riders testing and implementation of methodologies and elements for measuring abilities and skills (for example react time drivers) research and development of simulators, trainers and other technical equipment for upgrading the skills of drivers (devices for comparative testing of tires - B. 31, REPORT)

STAGE in 2013 December to February - and verification benchmarks February to May - of experimental projects and methodologies May-June - final report

  18. CONCLUSION • Implementation of the pilot project will be a concrete conclusions REPORT ON EUROPEAN ROAD SAFETY IN THE YEARS 2011 - 2020 in the field of lifelong driver education in Europe. Conclusions and results of this project will lay the groundwork for the creation of new European single driver education methodology and prepare the basic framework for the creation of European legislation in this area. • OSTRAVA SAFE TRANSPORT !!! • CZECH REPUBLIC
