Acquire a deeper understanding of the various modules comprising the MABS Refresher course for account officers 3. Learn effective methodologies in training account officers 4. Be prepared in getting accredited as certified MABS technical resource specialist (MABSTeRS)

Training Design Part 2: Diagnostics and Workshop-Discussion on MABS AOTC Modules Module 1: Introduction to Financial Intermediation & Microfinance Session 1 - Basic Concepts of Financial Intermediation & Microfinance Session 2 - Microfinance Best Practices & Principles Module 2: Client Selection Session 1 - Overview of Client Selection Session 2 - The Loan Application Process Session 3 - How to Prepare and Analyze the CIBI Report Session 4 – What is Cash Flow Lending? Session 5 – Preparing the Client’s Cash Flow Session 6 – Cash Flow Review Techniques

Training Modules Part 2: Diagnostics and Workshop-Discussion on MABS AOTC Modules Module 3: Delinquency Management Session 1 – Understanding Loan Delinquency Session 2 – Preventing and Controlling Loan Delinquency Session 3 – Remedial Steps to Managing Loan delinquency Module 4: Improving Sales Skills of Account Officers

  6. Training Modules Part 3: Assessment of Presentation Skills of Participants 1. Individual presentations by participants (15 minutes each) 2. Post- Training Diagnostics

  7. Training Guidelines 1. Be punctual. Always come on time. 2. Actively participate in all activities 3. Share your ideas 4. Don’t shoot ideas of others 5. Build on the ideas of others 6. Switch on to silent mode your mobile phones 7. Restrooms 8. Meals and Snacks 9. Have FUN!!!
