  1. Welcome to the Biography Jeremy Feakins Chairman and CEO OCEAN THERMAL ENERGY CORPORATION

  2. Chairman and CEO  Jeremy Feakins leads the Company and its management team. Jeremy has over 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and investor. An ardent supporter of environmental and sustainability issues, he has been the Founder of two technology based companies whose products quickly found utility and success. 

  3. A British born (naturalized US Citizen),  Jeremy Feakinshas led start up and early stage companies from concept through public listing in both the US and Europe. From 1990 – 2006, Jeremy was the Chairman and CEO of Medical Technology & Innovations, Inc. (MTI). Under his leadership, MTI developed and manufactured a first to market microprocessor-based vision screening device for young, preverbal, or difficult to screen children. In 1996, Jeremy managed the public listing of MTI and subsequently structured the sale of the rights to MTI’s vision screening product to a major international eyewear company.

  4. From 2005 – 2008, he served as Executive Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Caspian International Oil Corporation where he managed the public listing.  He is the Chairman and Managing Partner of the JPF Venture Group, Inc., an early stage Venture Capital organization focused on supporting Companies involved with humanitarian or sustainable projects. Since 2010,  Jeremy Feakins has served as the Executive Chairman of the Board for OTEC.  Under Jeremy’s leadership, the Company has secured contracts and agreements to design, build, own and operate several large-scale utility-grade renewable energy projects in the Caribbean, Pacific Rim, and Africa

He is a member of the Institute of Directors (UK) and the British American Business Council (USA). Jeremy Feakins graduated from the Royal Naval Secretariat and Accounting College, Chatham, Great Britain (Now: Defense College of Logistics and Personnel Administration) and is a 7-year Veteran of the British Royal Navy.
