The first time you use this document, you will need to select NEW FROM EXISTING, then find the location of the Charter template that you saved earlier Subsequent times that you use this template, it will show in the Recently Used Template This will generate a template form to be used for Charters. It can be modified to better fit the particular project, however all elements should be included
