  1. UES Updates & New Measure Development Regional Technical Forum June 18, 2013

  2. ASHC Sunset Date • History of Anti-Sweat Heater Controls • Voted as Out-of-Compliance at 4/17/12 RTF meeting • Sunset date extended in April, 2013 to June, 2013 to allow for review of PECI proposed research plan • Still in development and needs research committee to fully review • Resource potential is not as large as originally thought

  3. ASHC Sunset Date • Options available: • 1. Extend sunset date to August to finalize research plan and get measure workbook updated • 2. Deactivate measure at end of month as planned; Bring back once research plan and workbook are updated • 3. Move to Small Saver category and work with expert panel to define parameters and update workbook

  4. Schools Measures for Full RTF • Small/Rural Subcommittee work identified potential UES measures for workplan • Operations committee question whether the RTF would like to take these up as larger regional efforts instead of SRR focus only • Result of decision is whether funds from full RTF budget are used in lieu of budget allocated to SRR workplan • Current SRR budget allocation is $50k • Current RTF workplan shows $153k unallocated

  5. SRR Measure Priority List

  6. Decisions • I agree/disagree that the RTF should dedicate non-SRR specific funds to develop the following measures: • Schools – Interior Lighting • Schools – Exterior Lighting (may include Barn Lights) • Schools – Weatherization • Schools – Demand Controlled Ventilation • Schools – Low Flow Faucet Aerator • Schools – DHW Time Clock • Schools – Vending Machine Controller • Schools – Programmable Thermostat • MH Decommissioning • Prescriptive measures for small health care facilities • “SmartDude” – Prescriptive measures for facilities consisting of individual cabins and a common lodge area.
