Moving Forward: The Strategic Plan I E E E ‘G’ • Proactively relating and getting involved with the colleges and technical communities in each locale • Proactive engagement and relationship with student chapters • Proactively reaching out to other IEEE members (thus mutually benefitting) through the use of moderated and controlled online portals such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google Buzz. • Encourage sharing and getting familiar with the numerous IEEE online tools and values.

Moving Forward: The Strategic Plan (Cont’d) I E E E ‘G’ • Monthly conference call to measure success, understanding and facilitate cordial relationships amongst team members • ‘Mandatory’ inclusion of at least two pictures for every event, thus boosting the visual representation of each section and it’s activities. • Proactively reaching out to colleges and/or technical communities in Delaware and Cincinatti to create new GOLD groups. • The ‘Spot & Draft’ initiative.
