  1. Quit Smoking Weed, Never to Turn Back! Some of the more common quitting smoking effects include cravings for sweets and some headaches. You might also find yourself a little grumpy but that can be expected from any major change in a person's daily habit. The cravings are usually minimal and can be dealt with by drinking juice. It was not that long ago that I was a pack a day smoker.
