What! Eat more often every day. That's right, and it is the biggest tip of all. Eat 4-6 "smaller" meals each day rather than the normal three. There are reasons why this helps you lose weight. First, you won't be as hungry during the day. Secondly, it helps keep your metabolism running high, which aids in burning fat. Finally, it also prevents binge eating, which is a dieting disaster.
