  3. Bulk Tank Dispensing Point/Bay Product 1 Product 2 FUNCTIONALITY Managing oil / fluid product- dispensing frombulk tank to dispensing point. On instruction (by authorized users), the OilPro System shuts oil flow on and off by opening and closing solenoid valves installed at the dispensing bay. A pulse meter sends digital signals about quantity dispensed to the OilPro Main Controller Unit. This information is stored in a database. If Integration (with dealer management software or DMS) is installed, the OilPro System sends information to the DMS, to be logged on the job card.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION ..developed and manufactured in South Africa. ..launched into the automotive industry—support products market in January 2000. .. powerful software - Version 3, was released in 2003. Version 4 due by the end of 2006. The OilPro Version 4 hardware upgrade was released in August 2005. Installed and used in workshops in South Africa - and in Namibia, Mozambique, Botswana, Swaziland, Malawi, Zambia, Ghanaand the United Kingdom.

  8. PRODUCT FEATURES – General The OilPro OilManagementSystem is fullyconfigurableand scalable. Easy to install and to use. Version 4 can be configured on site, by the installer. Up to 4 Controllers can be “stacked” to extend the system. Up to 10 Controller stacks can be linked together.

  10. PRODUCT FEATURES: MAINTENANCE ISSUES The product carries a one yearWarranty,and a warranty against damage caused by lightning. (Repairs are carried out in-factory.) OilPro Distributors can carry replacement cards and other components. The product has proved to be less prone to be damaged by lightning, because of built-inprotection. The low level modular design allows for localization of errors / faults.
