When you send them the report, 99% times they are going to say “there is nothing wrong” even you have found several “request timed out” error in your report

The Traceroute (also known as tracert) command is an utility program created for demonstrating the time it usually takes for a packet of data to move between a personal computer and a desired destination domain or IP address. The information presented after operating a tracert command / traceroute command are basically a listing of the “hops” that data packets bring on their route to the selected domain or IP address. This tracert command is generally linked with the troubleshooting of interconnection issues.
