Supplemental Material

This study utilizes supplemental material and quantitative mass spectrometry to assess the functional role of selected neuropeptides as regulators of feeding in rats. Annotated MS/MS spectra of peptides carrying specific post-translational modifications (PTMs) are presented, including C-term amidation, Pyro-glu formation from Q, and Pyro-glu formation from Q with amidation. A total of 120 peptides with PTMs were identified and their details are provided.
