The Objective, is to transform at least 50% of this production. • To realize the objective, the Government is currently finalizing the reform of the cotton sector - cashew nut.

Tax benefits (total exemption from value added tax, VAT during the investment phase) A new code of public contracts (2009) and an independent regulatory entity referred as “Authorite Nationale De Regulation des Marches Publics (ANRMP)” National Authority For Public Market’s Regulation is to make the management and the public contracts more transparent.
