Meeting Summary • Meetings May 8 & 9 and May 22, 23 & 24 • Attendance 30 – 40 with significant utilization of web cast • On May 8 & 9, we discussed: • Finalization of Principles of Consistency Document • Nodal PRRs • Reviewed Section 7, 8 and 9 NPRRs • Identified a difference of opinion on Section 7.4.2(a) concerning the nomination of PCRRs • On May 9, TPTF approved Section 8 Nodal PRR by a ballot vote of 100% in favor, with abstentions by CPS Energy, CenterPoint Energy and Exelon. All market segments were represented. This PRR will be sent to PRS. • Agreed to ask COPS & CWG to review parts of Section 9 • Training Update • Nodal Program Update • Discussed identification of MP Executives, Accountable for MP Nodal Readiness by ERCOT client reps June 01, 2006 – TAC Meeting3

Meeting Summary • On May 22, 23 & 24, we discussed: • Nodal Website Update & Future Nodal Newsletter • Long-Term TPTF Objectives and Schedule • Training Update • Nodal Program Update • Nodal PRRs • Reviewed Section 4 Nodal PRR • Resolved issue in Section 7.4.2(a) concerning the nomination of PCRRs • On May 24, TPTF approved Section 7 Nodal PRR by a ballot vote of 93.3% in favor, with one negative vote by Garland and abstentions by Dynegy, City of Dallas and Residential Consumers. All market segments were represented. This PRR will be sent to PRS. • Reviewed proposed duties and required authorities for MP Executives, Accountable for MP Nodal Readiness June 01, 2006 – TAC Meeting4

Meeting Summary • Next meetings • Monday, June 5 thru Wednesday, June 7 • Monday, June 26 and Tuesday, June 27 • Will be discussing: • Net metering NPRR • Finalize Section 4 NPRR • Finalize Section 9 NPRR, after we receive feedback from COPs • Start review of NPRRs for Section 2, 6, 16, 22H • Summary of NPRR Activity • Approved by TPTF: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 • Reviewed, but not yet approved, by TPTF: 4, 9 • Still needing TPTF review: 2, 6, 16, 22H (Standard MP Form), 22F (RMR) June 01, 2006 – TAC Meeting5
