THE FORWARDER (PVT) LTD, wasestablished to meet the increasing interest of overseas principals and with a view of Pakistan, interest in the investments in the infrastructure and services sector in Pakistan. We are young in Pakistan but having aggressive ideas as to development of THE FORWARDER PVT. LTD Pakistan in view of the present economic reforms adopted by the Government of Pakistan. The company has been developed with a strong operational and marketing setup that will be assisting its clients in securing the cargo through sales leads received from its overseas counterparts and a dedicated sales team sending cargo leads and catering the requirements of the local customers. We aim to base ourselves as a modern office with state of the art technology giving our client and principals up-to-date information. The establishment of THE FORWARDER PVT LTD Karachi has been based initially on following activities with a view of entering into other fields of shipping activities. The initial services that THE FORWARDER PVT LTD Karachi is providing to its principals/customers are as follows:

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING Our freight-forwarding wing has been established with a view of providing a reliable logistics requirements for our local customers and a reliable partner for our overseas counterparts. Our goal is to provide our customers / overseas counterparts with a reliable and cost effective logistic management services, all under one roof. The activities, which we are in process of offering our clients and further develop, are as follows:

LOCAL CUSTOMERS Complete logistic solution i.e. -Packing -Door pickup -Transportation -Custom Clearance -Getting most cost effective but reliable sea freight Moreover we do not believe in leaving the shipment once shipped out from our end, our continuous tracking of shipment is monitored till it reaches its final destination and our customer is kept fully informed of the movement of their consignment. The Forwarder Pvt Ltd is also in process developing a web page where customer will be able to extract the information their consignment if shipped through us.

OVERSEAS PARTNERS / COUNTERPARTS The Forwarder Pvt Ltd has a high regard for its overseas partners/counterparts and feels that in order to grow we have to take our partners / counterparts hand in hand in order to tap the market and have a reasonable share from the market. Following activities have already been adopted by TFL freight forwarding wing: -Exchange of Sales Leads (between Pakistan & Overseas Counterparts) -Personal visits to customers -Preparation of customer’s documents -Analysis of market situation -Periodical reports to overseas partners / counterparts on market information. -Tailor made logistic management solution for customers / partners We sincerely feel that with the commitment and sincerely along with the global reliability of our Group of Companies, we will be able to serve our customers / counterparts with the same zeal as already extended by the group.
