  2. PLAN DE TRABAJO Instrumento que permite llevar a cabo los fines de la Organización, con los objetivos y metas bien definidas, utilizando los recursos con eficacia y eficiencia.

  3. IMPORTANTE EL PLAN DE TRABAJO DEBE CONTENER:

  4. Objetivos Específicos Metas (e indicadores para lograrlas) Actividades Coordinaciones

  5. OBJETIVOS

  6. Precisos Adecuados en el tiempo Flexibles

  7. Motivadores Participativos Factibles

  8. Convenientes Obligatorios Redacción en verbo infinitivo (ejemplos: Cumplir, Atender)

  9. Objetivos ESPECÍFICOS

  10. Concretos y conteniendo la misión, con intención de ser alcanzados a mediano plazo

  11. METAS

  12. Definen CUÁNTO deseo alcanzar.

  13. Responde a las preguntas: ¿Qué se quiere? ¿Cuánto se quiere? ¿Para cuándo se quiere?

  14. Deben ser: Realistas Precisas Periódicas Medibles Coherentes

  15. INDICADORES

  16. Son parámetros de medida por medio de los cuales se determina el logro de la meta

  17. ACTIVIDADES

  18. Son las tareas o eventos destinados al cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos, indicando los/as responsables y su coordinación
