Skip-if Click anywhere on the document From the mail merge toolbar, select ‘Rules’ & from the drop down menu, select ‘Skip Record If’ Since the question says we need to skip Mr. Shahad, we need to select Forename from the drop down menu in ‘Field name’, Equal to in the comparison and type in Shahad in the ‘Compare to’ section 3 2
