  10. 2011-2012 (through Q3, April 30, Campus House fund only) 2011-2012 (through Q3, April 30, Campus House fund only) • This year has been similar to last year: • modest austerity measures aimed at reducing expenses • no major improvements in facilities or equipment • Based on available data, Campus House should end the year +$5000 (or so) Rolled Up Balance (Q3) • We are solvent: • Assets include inventory, cash, and amount still due • Campus House fund only

  11. Financial Report. Continued Details In FY 2011-2012, food and beverage costs are almost 90% of sales revenue; in FY 2010-2011 this number was 82%. While this number has been higher in the past, typically it is between 80% and 85%. Membership Dues were $36,385 in FY 10-11, almost identical to the prior year. Membership Dues are slightly higher through FY 11-12 Q3 ($33,296) than during the same period last year ($31,784). The Hospitality Student Program Fund (tips) remains healthy with approximately $22 K in cash assets to fund student educational activities. Summary Campus House is a not-for-profit corporation in a good financial position. We are maintaining our membership base and total sales during a difficult economic period while still holding the line on our costs.
