  3. Settlement means the place where people live. The main aim was to make them Turkish in this strategy. Thanks to this purpose; • Conquests were strong and persistent. • Ottoman Empire supplied to security of political, social and military in the places where they conquered.

  4. Getting conquered areas, problem of housing policy for families by providing immigration to Anatolia was established to reduce the likelihood of confusion out of maintenance. • Those migrations made peace between the people who lived in Ottoman Empire.
