CRITICAL ISSUES FOR SERVICE DELIVERY • Focus on citizen-centric services and service levels • ‘Anytime, Anywhere’ availability with multiple channels of service delivery • Ensuring ‘Standardisation’ and ‘Interoperability’ at the National level with flexibility for customisation at the State level • Focus on use of Core and Support infrastructure being set-up by the Department of Information Technology: • SWANs, SDCs and CSCs • Availability of Finances and ensuring long-term sustainability • Ensuring maximum participation of private players • Timely implementation
