  2. Partial Private Circuits • 1. New Supplemental Agreement • A new Supplemental Agreement has just been completed that has taken account of the following : • (a) unofficial “contract review” held earlier in the year in response to 17 change requests made by OLO’s. Compromise position agreed. • (b) changes requested and agreed with C&W for Drop and Continue wording. • The Supplemental has been issued for signature.

  3. Partial Private Circuits • 2. Developments being worked on • (a) PPC 2Mbit Central London Zone • (b) PPC CSH Mixing • (c) PPC 622 product withdrawl – driven by LLMR • 3. PPC Price Cap Consultation Document • OFCOM have proposed a price cap mechanism for PPC’s and BT is in the process of responding. OFCOM proposing two RPI-x% price caps, for low and high bandwidth products. BT is in process of responding.

  4. Partial Private Circuits • 4. PPC Credit Vetting • Meeting held with Industry on 21st July to progress version 5 of the PPC credit vetting process document. BT took away a few actions to consider certain issues contained in the the document ,eg, significant order growth provisions, interest rate payable and more detail around the triggers for a credit vet. • BT took an action to respond back to Industry with Version 6.0 by 10th September.

  5. 5. Leased Lines Market Review This Review required BT to amend its PPC Reference Offer in line with the Reviews Directions (Annex E). The changes largely reflect the new product split between product ranges ,ie, (i) Below 1 Mbit (ii) 1 Mbit – 2 Mbit (iii) 8 Mbit – 45 Mbit (iv) 155 Mbit They also include revised words for New Services / SoR process, and changes to reflect change to regulatory status.
