  4. Scoring Incentive • Points awarded based on MOU • Best effort basis • Referrals from HHS Bridge Program

  5. Why Should Developers Participate? • Currently housing eligible individuals • Rent subsidized assuring affordability • Enhanced access to services including 24/7 crisis response • Referral system • Access to the Bridge Program • Mission

  6. What Types of Units are Needed? • One bedroom • Non senior • Premium on tax credit units at 50% MAI rents

  7. Rent Supports • Bridge Program • NHHFA voucher setaside • Proposed 811 project based • Other available PHA vouchers

  8. 811 Program-Project Based • 20 year commitment • Up to 10% of total units (in some cases 25%) • 60 day vacancy payments

  9. NHHFA / NHDHHS • Commitment to make this work • Involvement of development partners • Combining services with housing to assure successful outcomes
