  3. Monday 26th June Leave Conyers at 0001 on Monday 26th June. Students to arrive between 2330 and 2345 Ferry from Dover to Calais

  5. Tuesday 27th June Mrs Cousin-Dawson’s “whistle-stop tour” of Paris! Performance in Notre Dame 1730 -1830 Dinner at the Planet Hollywood

  6. Wednesday 8nd July Performing in Euro Disney 1200 – Function Band 1330 – Choir Remain in Disney until they kick us out!

  7. Thursday 29th June Performing in Euro Disney 1200 – Band 1330 – Choir Remain in Disney until they kick us out!

  8. Friday 30th June Journey home Arrival at Conyers at approx 2030. Please ensure that you can collect your child from school.

  9. Conduct on the coach Seat belts Strictly no chewing gum Do not drop litter Limited overnight eating & drinking (water) Consideration for others Lots of sleep!! (Pillow, blanket)

  10. Consider packing… Sensible footwear – sensible clothing – Sunscreen – Wet weather jacket

  11. The school will accept no responsibility for the loss of or damage to…….. No docking stations – check electrical equipment is safe – adapters - mobiles

  12. Money How much should I take? Euros and pounds – souvenirs – no lighters, fireworks, flick knives, laser pens – mindful of money and who they are buying from

  13. BEHAVIOUR This is a large group of pupils so please listen to and follow instructions straight away. We need to work as a team so that every body can have a great time in France. Closely supervised – times when away from group leaders – 4s – times – areas

  14. Other important details Passport and EHIC card Emergency detail cards. Students will be allocated into groups. Rooming details

  15. Medical conditions Medication handed in to Mrs Cousin-Dawson on departure in bag clearly labelled. Travel sickness – more details at end
