Category Description • Virtual Presentation Technology: • Defined : A Virtual meeting in which one or more people are leading a discussion • Virtual Presentation Technology Use Case Examples: • Talking head (important/ unimportant) • Security (tight/ not tight) • Participants are (Same every time/ new every time) • Infrastructure (old/ new) • Leadership (is hands off/ feedback runs the meeting) & ETC. • Application Sharing Technology: • Defined : A data conferencing capability that lets two or more users interactively work on the same application at the same time. The application is loaded and running in only one machine; however, keystrokes are transmitted from and screen changes are transmitted to the other participants.
