  3. Agenda Review original charter and deliverables for the PD workgroup Review process and timelines for final comments, resolution and consensus.

  4. 360X PD WorkgroupCharter & Deliverables Charter: To Support 360 Exchange closed loop referral use case and pilot communities in providing guidance regarding integration with PD services. When available, existing vetted industry specifications and guidance will be referenced. Deliverables: Documentation of the functions, issues and the interface requirements to the provider directories Side Note: This SWG is not writing requirements for the Provider Directory but the focus is to write the Provider Directory interface functionality guidance for 360X Pilots.

Next steps… • Feedback comments from membership on latest 360X PD Guide Draft by 1/23/2013. • Recommendations and resolution of comments by leads and follow-up meeting by 2/1/2013. • Final consensus vote to adopt the provider directory guide into the over-arching 360X Guide • Any ambiguities or conflicting guidance with other workgroup decisions will be resolved through consensus with the full 360X workgroups. • Next WG meeting, as needed to be determined.
