  2. What are Graphics?

  3. Graphics include : • shapes • clip art • photographs • text art • Smart-Art graphics • tables • and charts

  4. INSERTING & EDITING GRAPHICS • Insert a graphic in a placeholder, the graphic replaces the placeholder. • When a graphic is selected, eight small squares and circles called sizing handles appear on the border of the graphic.

  7. Creating Hyperlinks You can create hyperlinks to • slides in the same presentation • slides in another presentation • an e-mail address • a Web page • another file
