By-Laws Adjustments Committee • Revise Article IX Section 2a-2b and Section 6 • 2a.  First Vice President, responsible for Special Events and Fundraising • Act as aide-to-the President and preside in the absence of the President • 2b. Second Vice President, responsible for Membership and Activities.  Act as aide-to-the President and preside in the absence of President and First Vice President • 2c. Third Vice President, responsible for Programs and Communications • Act as aide-to-the President and preside in the absence of President and First and Second Vice President • Remove Section 6
