  20. Disadvantages of this collaborative method: • Loooooooong list of values and • very wordy mission and value statements • Time consuming • Could look like ‘committee’ written statements and value list. . North Shore Catholic Schools Community of Learners/KahuiAko

Advantages: • Everyone gets a voice • We learned about each others’ schools and what was important to them • a common vision / goal for all the schools that reflected the diversity of our community • Very clear, agreed common ground to underpin our CoL work. .
