BEI • Behavioral Event Interview • Asks about your past experiences What you: • Said • Did • Thought • Gives a more accurate idea of how you work • i.e. by explaining how you worked in the past, they get a better idea of who you are than by asking you to explain what you’d do in a certain situation Be ready for this kind of interview!
