  10. Management of ectopic pregnancy : • ACUTE : PRINCIPLE : RESUSITATION AND LAPAROTOMY • PATIENT SHOULD LIE IN BED • Morphine IM 15mg • 5% dextrose drip • Arrangement for blood • Laparotomy • Chronic : - Laparotomy

  11. Unruptured Tubal Pregnancy : • Medical management : Drugs: methotrexate • Conservative surgery : salpingostomy salpingectomy Rh – negative woman : Anti-D gamma globulin – 50 microgram IM should be given following operation to prevent isoimmunization
