Advanced Metering Implementation LPG changes if needed A. Pending AMR Rule, AMIT and DGTF B. LPGRR032 Profile Decision Tree Changes for Advanced Meters was filed C. Discussed and provided Pro and Con to the AMIT team for use of “AMS” in the meter type code of the Profile ID assignment Active Projects

  4. 7. IDR Analysis – 2 issues outstanding from original analysis A. November PWG agenda item B. Pertains to the minimum IDR requirement final recommendations for additional study using load research data C. AMR Rule, AMIT and DGTF may affect scope Up-coming Project

  5. 5. Examine ways to accommodate extreme events in Settlement process A. AMR Rule, AMIT and DGTF may affect scope and life of load profiling B. The PWG on September 24 proactively discussed how to deal with Hurricane Ike in settlement and arrived at a consensus recommendation to be presented at TAC C. PUCT Order 36150 D. The PWG discussed on Oct. 22 proactively if any changes need to be made to market language due to PUCT Order 36150. The PWG tabled the discussion feeling current rules should have changes based on case by case basis going forward. Parked Projects YTD

LPGRR Drafts in progress Change to the decision tree the valid profile ID combinations to comply with PRR766 and NPRR136, Interim Solution for 15-Minute Settlement of Advanced Meters for weather sensitive IDR profiles for Residential. On September 24 the PWG completed the draft. Final revisions are being made and shall be filled by the PWG Chair when completed. LPGRR032 was filled with ERCOT. a. Back at PWG for Review in November b. At PWG for IA Review in December c. Expect a voting item for COPS in December.

  7. Other LPGRR and PRR Drafts in progress Draft LPGRR and PRR to remove PRR478 and PRR385 gray boxes from Protocal and LPG Language. Draft LPGRR on moving Annual Validation timeline or provide flexible language for Hurricane Season impacts to milestone target dates.
