When you are using secure (SSL) settings you can access the server’s hostname (host.yourdomainname.com) • User Name: It is your full email address and not just the part before at the symbol.

  7. Password: Enter the email account password. • Require Logon using SA: this must not be ticked. SPA is not as SMTP authentication, which is used on cPanel servers. • Now go to More Settings and click the Outgoing server tab. Check that SMTP is ticked and the incoming mail server is enabled and the last option must not be enabled. • Go to Advanced tab, fill the info and hit Ok.
