Activities carried out by CIDAf between 2nd-3rd meetings WP 2DESIGN OF THE TRAINING CONTENT AND ADAPTATION OF THE FENICIA METHODOLOGY01/03/07 – 30/09/07 Objective:Design of a training methodology that responds to the needs identified in WP1 and design of the ICT tools ( website and on-line platform ) • Adaptation of the FENICIA training methodology to the training needs identified into FORESTUR project

Activities carried out by CIDAf between 2nd-3rd meetings • Design the Business Training Module • To establish the structure of the modules: Didactic Units (DU) and Activities (A); • To elaborate the content for DU, A and BM ; • To translate them into English language, 1st version; • To revise 1st version and adapt it taking into account the Florida experts recommendations (September 2007);

  6. Activities carried out by CIDAf between 2nd-3rd meetings • To up-load Business Training Module into the Forestur Training Platform • To translate the ICT Training Module and Customer Care Module from English Language into Romanian Language; • To up-load them into the Platform;

Activities carried out by CIDAf between 2nd-3rd meetings • A lot of other indirect activities are behind of all of these • Communications with ICT administrator by skype and asking for help; • Communication with Romanian partner (APT Bucovina); sending the translations of modules, explain the blended training methodology, organizing the blended training ( face to face and e Learning); • Meetings with the Romanian partner APT Bucovina; • Organize common activities such as: participation to the National Tourism Fair in Bucharest

Valorisation activities • WP5 Design and implementation of the project valorisation & sustainability strategy • Objective: to disseminate and exploit the project results at local, national and European levels • Valorisation = exploitation + dissemination • 1. Spreading the information about the project; • 2. Spread the leaf let of the project in several important events: • a) two thematic monitoring conferences organized by Leonardo da Vinci Agency from Romania and ISFOL Italy
