  3. 高壓油管、噴油嘴的拆卸 • 先拆除高壓油管及回油管。 • 依照拆裝順序排列，以免裝回時浪費時間。 • 拆下指定噴油嘴進行檢修。

  4. 噴油嘴構造 • 高壓柴油進入後，會將推桿稍往上推，而使針閥開啟，並將高壓柴油噴入燃料室內。 • 多餘的柴油會經由回油油道流回油箱。

  5. 噴油嘴的分解及組合 • 將噴油嘴固定在虎鉗上進行拆卸。 • 使用墊片增加或減少噴油嘴壓力。

  6. 噴油嘴壓力測試 • 將噴油嘴連接至噴油嘴測試器。 • 藉壓動噴油嘴測試器把手幾次以排放空氣。 • 慢慢壓下噴油嘴測試器把手並注意噴射開始時之壓力。 • 噴射起始壓力於1.35㎏/㎡

  7. 噴油嘴安裝 • 噴油嘴壓力測試完成後，依序將噴油嘴與高壓油管裝回。 • 安裝高壓油管時，須先由內而外安裝，以免空間過小、安裝不易。

  8. 低壓油管排放空氣 • 使用工具放鬆低壓油管螺絲。 • 持續按壓手動泵，直到油漏出來再鎖緊。

  9. 高壓油管排放空氣 • 持續發動至高壓油管油出來後，再將高壓油管鎖緊。 • 每次發動時間不宜過長。

  10. 發動引擎 • 高低壓油管空氣排放完成後，轉動鑰匙開關進行預熱。 • 發動引擎。
