To Provide Translated Educational Materials to non-English Speaking Clubs • 提供翻譯教材給非英語分會。 • 2.ToGive Opportunities for Members to Practice Bilingual Communication and Leadership Skills • 提供給會員訓練本身雙語之溝通及領導能力 • 3. How You Empower and Achieve at your own pace. • 以自己的步調激發潛能,幫助他人,成就功德並進而完成大我. • 4. Try to get the approval and recognition from HQ in three years. • 設法取得世界總會之認可及採用. 由於過程繁瑣希望能以3年為目標.

  3. Organization & rules組織及辦法 • Full Member 翻譯委員 • Full members translate Advanced manuals & educational programs working as a team. A team consists of • (1) a translator • (2) a translation proofreader • (3) a Chinese proofreader and • (4) a technical term controller. • Proofreaders and technical term controllers can work with many translators at the same time

  5. Associate 翻譯夥伴 • Associates introduce their favorite articlesfrom Toastmaster magazine. They summarize OR translate OR write an impression of an article in Chinese or in English. • We now have ALE, Elite as a team ;leading by their President, Gloria Chou (周國芳) • We would like to invite more clubs.

  6. Cheer Leader啦啦隊 • The roles of Cheer Leaders are: 啦啦隊的功用為: • (1) to activate the full use of translation • (2) to collect feedback and encouragement for translators from readers/users. • Div F will provide cheer leaders. • All TMs are invited to be the Cheer Leaders.

  7. Conference Interpreter 会議口譯 • The Simultaneous Interpretation Sub-Committee will be lead by Jorie Wu & Sherry Li. • Interpreters provide simultaneously interpretation from English to Chinese at Fall and Spring Conventions.

  8. Technical Advisor 翻訳技術顧問 • Technical Advisors answer to the questions of translators. Now we have two Technical Advisors: • TM Chang Hwa (張華) • TM 單畢琳

  9. Management Advisor • David Wang will serve as the Management Advisor to provide advises on the management of the Translation Committee
