  1. KindergartenNewsletter September 2009 Kindergarten Rules Be kind. Be safe. Do your job. Our first few weeks have been spent establishing routines, learning names, and becoming comfortable as a group of learners. We have been reading, doing word work, using our new handwriting tools like the wooden shapes, practicing math skills, and learning about each other during our Integrated Studies unit Marvelous Me. You have probably already heard about our hunt for the Gingerbread Man, which helped us learn about the people in the school who help us, like the school nurse. Please refer to the schedule on our class website. Thank you for sending in healthy snacks and wearing appropriate shoes for PE. Building a Kindergarten community…Friday Sing-Along

  2. Kindergarten Back-to-School Night We look forward to meeting with you on Wednesday, September 9th at 7:00 pm in the LS Library. Silent reading “Run, run, as fast as you can. You can’t catch me, I’m the Gingerbread Man!” Sharing during writing workshop

  3. Phonics Hands-on Math Activities Free Choice Activities Sensible hats for sunny days…
