  1. NEVADA VS. FLORIDA PICKING YOUR CHILD’S RELIGION! When creating your prenup there are a lot of areas that need to be discussed and decided on with your legal team. But did you know that choosing the religion of your unborn child could be one of them? In Florida, parents are able to choose the religion of their not yet conceived child in their prenuptial agreement. As simple as this decision seems it could have a huge impact on your child’s future and education. Religion can dictate vaccinations, and the type of school your child attends. Other states such as Nevada do not allow this. So, while you are drafting your prenup make sure you check with your state’s regulations, because choosing religion may be a VERY important topic you were not aware that you needed to discuss.
